Harmon M. Kaslow is the General Counsel of Browndorf FSG, LLC. Most recently, Mr. Kaslow was the Executive Vice-President of A-Mark Entertainment where he was responsible for its legal and business affairs.

Mr. Kaslow is a graduate of the University of Southern California Law Center and the University of California, Davis. Mr. Kaslow began his legal career with the international law firm of Shea & Gould working in its bankruptcy, M&A, and entertainment departments. Mr. Kaslow went on to be associated with Kramer & Kaslow, an AV rated law firm, where he represented Showtime and a number of independent producers and production companies.

In 2000, Mr. Kaslow became the President / Chief Operating Officer of Kismet Entertainment Group which financed and produced a number of motion pictures. Mr. Kaslow has lectured at Santa Monica Community College and credited as an Executive Producer on more than 15 motion pictures. Mr. Kaslow is licensed as an attorney in California.
