Melvin M. Browndorf is a Director of Investment Research in the Funds Group.

Mr. Browndorf has a solid background in economics, finance and real estate.  As a graduate of Temple University with a degree in economics, he has spent his past years as a stock broker, turn-around specialist, and as a real estate broker/owner.

Mr. Browndorf’s stockbroker years were spent primarily in Philadelphia and Manhattan handling large investments and portfolios for his clients. His expertise is in the launching of new companies, divisions of large companies, as well as initial public offerings. He received many rewards and has been quoted in several publications for his achievements in the public offerings arena.

His real estate career began 18 years ago where he has experience in all areas training and developing over 60 associates in the operation of his own brokerage firm. His company, Browndorf Realty, continues with the sale and management of both commercial and residential real estate investments, property management, and investor portfolios.

Mr. Browndorf has full P&L responsibility in the real estate ventures as well as his prior endeavors where he took those companies from start up to successful profitable positions. As a leader and thoughtful consultant, Mr. Browndorf brings a wide and diverse educational and experienced background to the company.
