These independent representatives remove Browndorf PEM from the process of developing private offerings and allow Browndorf PEM to refer clients to those independent representatives when they are best suited for a particular client; consistent with our emphasis to put the investor first and the transaction second. This also allows Browndorf PEM to focus its structuring emphasis towards Browndorf Funds ^SM, which provide structured financial products utilizing Senior Life Settlements as a non-correlated and diversified hedging strategy.
