Ownership and History

Browndorf PEM was established in 2002 and is a Pennsylvania limited liability Company (LLC) registered to do business in California. Browndorf PEM is a Registered Investment Advisor, and the advisor for the Browndorf Funds SM, including the Browndorf Life Settlement Fund LP, Match Media, LLC, a film co-financing fund and the Illiquid Assets Trust (IAT) Fund. Private securities are independently offered through a non-affiliated registered broker-dealer.
