Browndorf PEM, LLC today announced that Tyler Spring has joined as Managing Director / Structured Products.  Mr. Spring is a seasoned executive having gained diversified global experiences serving as Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer for public and private corporations.

Mr. Spring began his career by developing and executing divisional strategies for the nation's leading financial institutions, most notably Fleet Bank (Bank of America) and Citicorp.  These strategies increased market share, improved profitability, and generated a 451% CAGR in revenue during a six year period.  Mr. Spring has held executive level positions with many global corporations spanning a variety of industries, designing and executing business plans in the telecom, high-tech manufacturing, semiconductor, and professional services industries.  He has extensive experience improving operational and financial performance, enhancing infrastructure efficiencies, as well as responsibilities across a broad range of corporate finance including leading multiple acquisitions.  In his operational roles Spring has raised public and private capital and has a successful series of delivering favorable returns for investors.  Mr. Spring has also partnered with Bank of America, General Electric, Citigroup, AT&T, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, UnitedHealth Group, Merrill Lynch, Target, Dell, Johnson & Johnson, Wells Fargo, Pfizer, Altria Group, Cisco, GMAC, New York Life, Apple, Lazard, Jeffries, and Cerberus.

Prior to joining Browndorf PEM, Mr. Spring was Managing Director of a premier boutique consulting firm working extensively with capital management, private equity, and investment firms forming and executing investment and M&A strategies, their corresponding financing structures, and performing both financial and operational due diligence.  Transactions covered a variety of industries and market segments and ranged in valuations from $125.0MM to over $1.0B.

Tyler has served as a Board Advisor in the Technology, Healthcare, and Business Services Industries. Tyler completed graduate and executive development courses at Georgetown University and received a Bachelors Degree from Rochester Institute of Technology.  Tyler and his family currently reside in Laguna Beach, California.
