Matthew C. Browndorf, Esq. today announced the launch of a Private Equity Management Company focused on managing distressed assets.  Browndorf PEM will be headed by Mr. Browndorf who brings thirteen years experience as an attorney and counselor from two of the largest law firms in the world.  Mr. Browndorf will borrow on his practice areas in securities, merger and acquisition litigation and creditor’s rights to form a distressed Fund called the Browndorf Founder’s Fund, LLP.
